• Free users: Files are stored temporarily and will be automatically deleted after the chosen expiration period (up to 7 or 28 days). This ensures efficient use of storage and privacy protection.
• Paid users: Files may be retained for up to 1 year, depending on the plan and selected expiration period. You can also manually delete files at any time from your dashboard.

Once a file expires or is deleted, it becomes inaccessible and is permanently removed from our servers after a short grace period to allow accidental recovery requests.

7. International transfers

SHARE is based in the United States and works with partners around the globe. By using our services, you agree that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including the U.S. and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have different data protection laws, but we take steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this policy.
