To maintain safety, combat rising platform misuse, and mitigate risk elements caused by malicious activity, SHARE has introduced a 2-step fund release feature. When you process or accept funds through our infrastructure, the final payout balance must be securely authorized and confirmed by your end consumer before the funds can be moved out of escrow into your transferable balance. This helps guarantee complete buyer consensus and minimizes fraud exposure.
How to manage your payout status
Merchants can track their current transactional approvals through their main dashboard window. To monitor or request clearance for incoming funds, please review the direct steps detailed below:
Step-by-step release process
1. View Payout Status: Head to your standard Transaction Section and locate the column labeled Payout Status. If the field displays Approved, your customer has completed their verification step and your funds are ready for distribution. If it reads Pending, consumer confirmation is still required.
2. Send Verification Link: For any pending item, select the Three Dots (...) on the side menu of that specific item row and click Request Payout.
3. Customer Approval Form: A new configuration view will modal up on your screen. Copy the generated verification link and share it directly with your customer via chat, email, or your communication layout.
4. Secure Verification: When the customer opens the shared link, they will be prompted to fill out the confirmation form and finalize their approval by providing a secure One-Time Password (OTP) dispatched automatically to their registered email address.

Accounts exhibiting recurrent high patterns of unapproved or abandoned pending requests may be flagged for risk assessment. If you have any currency conversions active (e.g., USD conversion to your local standard settlement choice), currency conversion metrics apply upon final platform release authorization.
